He has several diplomas in Money Laundering, Amparo against Criminal Law and Criminal Tax Law.

ESTEFANÍA VIVIANA RODRÍGUEZ RAMOS

Asociada Senior

Licenciada en Derecho por el Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM). Cuenta con experiencia en litigio administrativo, penal, civil, mercantil y electoral, así como litigio constitucional (juicio de amparo). De igual manera, colaboró en la Ponencia del Ministro Alfredo Gutiérrez Ortiz Mena, en la Primera Sala de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación, enfocándose en la garantía de los derechos humanos en el procedimiento penal a través del juicio de amparo, así como acciones de inconstitucionalidad.

 

Su especialidad es el Derecho Constitucional, la protección de los derechos fundamentales (nacional e internacional) y el Derecho Penal. Cuenta con diplomados en materia de juicio de amparo, género y derechos humanos. Asimismo, ha participado en la impartición de cursos acerca de juicio de amparo. También ha colaborado con el Departamento Académico de Derecho del ITAM en la impartición de laboratorios académicos de la materia Derecho Constitucional II (estructura orgánica del Estado Mexicano) para estudiantes de las carreras de Derecho y Economía.

She has worked successfully in the provision of professional services PRO BONO, mainly as Director of Human Rights in the civil association "Diálogos Juventudes por México", as well as in different Non-Governmental Organizations, dedicated to eradicate Human Trafficking and Enforced Disappearance, both at National and International level.

LISSET PAOLA NÚÑEZ RESÉNDIS

She has professional experience in the public and private sector; she worked as a ministerial assistant in the Attorney General's Office of Mexico City, projecting her vision as a mediator in dispute resolution.
